Convert floating time to explicit time.
tv_augment_tz [--help] [--output \s-1FILE\s0] [--tz \s-1TIMEZONE\s0] [\s-1FILE\s0...]
Read \s-1XMLTV\s0 data and augment all times with the correct offset. Times that are already explicit will be converted to \s-1TIMEZONE\s0 as well.
--output \s-1FILE\s0 write to \s-1FILE\s0 rather than standard output
--tz \s-1TIMEZONE\s0 use \s-1TIMEZONE\s0 (e.g. Europe/Berlin) rather then the default of \s-1UTC\s0
